Description
An eye-catcher in the centre of Almere Stad, that is how we can best describe Highnote. The iconic HIGHnote building consists of 157 residential units with a commercial plinth of approximately 1,000 m². The Cohesion concept targets young people aged 18-40 with an active, urban lifestyle. For the commercial plinth, we are looking for strong concepts that match the target group. This could be leisure, retail, offices or a catering function.
Location
Highnote's location is unique; in the city centre, next to the Stadhuisplein. The centre of Almere offers various museums, a theatre, a cinema, large national retail chains and cosy restaurants. Highnote is right in the centre, about 8 minutes by car from the A6 and A27 motorways. The NS- and bus station Almere Centrum is also within walking distance. From the NS station Almere Centrum, there is a direct connection to Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam and Utrecht. Accessibility can therefore be called optimal.
